Kitty has got the “Downward Cat with Leg Raise” yoga position down to a fine art, guess it helps being an actual cat.

They make the downward dog yoga position look so easy, and even manage to look smug while doing it.

This cat has just invented the silliest way to drink water, and a brand new yoga pose called “Thirsty cat”.

In Seattle, WA, residents can do Yoga with their dogs. “Doga” is part meditation, part exercise and instructors say dogs follow along by reading their owner’s energy.

And I’m pretty sure the dogs don’t mind, they get focused attention from their owner for an hour, while getting to see other dogs.

This is the first part of a yoga Sun Salutation pose. But I’m pretty sure you’re not normally supposed to fall asleep before the second part though.
