I say give this little fella the leading role in the next ‘Cat in the Hat’ remake. I’m sure he will be much better than Mike Myers.
My son has been on a big Cat in the Hat kick lately. We read the book every night, and have watched the movie a million times already. Recently he remarked that our kitten, Julian, looks a bit like the Cat in the Hat and that he should dress like him for Halloween, which got the gears in my head turning. Since today was a quiet day, and I had a bit of time, I decided to get my craft on…
I made it with a cardboard paper towel roll, some of that thin crafting foam, some elastic, and a glue gun.

What makes this cat even cooler is that his name is Swarly, named after one of the aliases of Neil Patrick Harris’s character, Barney Stinson, from “How I Met Your Mother”. We even think Swarly here looks a bit like Neil…
