My son has been on a big Cat in the Hat kick lately. We read the book every night, and have watched the movie a million times already. Recently he remarked that our kitten, Julian, looks a bit like the Cat in the Hat and that he should dress like him for Halloween, which got the gears in my head turning. Since today was a quiet day, and I had a bit of time, I decided to get my craft on…
I made it with a cardboard paper towel roll, some of that thin crafting foam, some elastic, and a glue gun.
