Buddy is a homeless dog that has lived a hard life on the streets of Romania, but he’s never lost hope.
For all of his life, he’s slept under cars and relied on the occasional treats offered by kind strangers. But all of that was about to change when animal rescue group Howl of a Dog found him and took him in.
Unfortunately, during his medical, a tumor was found on his spleen and immediate surgery was required. He underwent total splenectomy and samples of the tumor were sent to a specialized laboratory for histopathological examination, but the results were not good. Buddy was diagnosed with incipient lymphoma.
However, because it was detected in time, Buddy will be able to live a comfortable and happy life.
Watch his story in the video below.
Buddy is about 6 years old, and has now been neutered, micro-chipped and vaccinated.
He behaves well indoors and loves to be taken out for walks. He’s probably never had a real home, but he needs now more than ever a caring and responsible adoptive family to fill his remaining years with much love and compassion. He’s in Howl of a Dog’s care in Romania but they are very used to international adoptions.
If you want to adopt Buddy and give him the life he deserves then you can do so here.
