A poster on Reddit came across this pile of cuteness while out camping with his dog and a few friends.
The dog was running around the boat like crazy whimpering and I couldn’t figure out why.
She went in to investigate more closely…
Sophistikitty: Oh, I say! Would you be a chap and fetch me a saucer of milk?
The age old saying ‘fighting like dogs and cats’ has been dispelled by a pair of unlikely friends at Battersea Cats and Dogs Home (the Old Windsor branch, in Berkshire in the UK).
At just weeks old, Buttons the puppy and Kitty the kitten were both abandoned from a very young age and are now being hand-reared together. So close is their bond that they sleep together, play together and even feed together.
Battersea Veterinary Nurse Sascha Taylor says:
Normally we’d hand rear puppies and kittens separately but we thought we could try putting them together as they are both so young. Luckily it’s paid off as they adore being with each other and do everything together – it’s really very sweet. Hand-rearing them is hard work – I have to feed them every two hours, even throughout the night – but it’s totally worth it. We’re not sure if they’ll be re-homed together, though it would be great if they did!
Here are Buttons and Kitty looking cute together:
Catching some Z’s together:
It’s National Disabilities Awareness Month, so Sesame Street have a very special episode airing tomorrow featuring Brandeis, who is learning to be a service dog for people of differing abilities. Tune in tomorrow to meet him!
Here is Brandeis meeting a real service dog (that has an uncanny resemblance to him) because service training dogs need good role models too!
And the obligatory picture with Elmo.
Although truth be told, the more you scroll down, the less cute the little guy becomes…he’s still cute though, just not nibbling on finger cute.
Actually, it’s like he goes from wanting to attack that finger in the first picture to wanting to jump at my face through the monitor.

What has this World come to now that dogs are imitating art which is imitating dogs imitating people.

It’s super cute and fun now; until it grows up to be a King Slayer. Rest in peace Robert Baratheon.
